Nice stuff coming out after IPad, more portable physically but with Win7 and not sure about 3G cellular options in North America.
Glad to hear that some people are working in this direction, one’s at a conference on Afria, a person asked, “why is it that the people that needs it the most have it the least?” well cheers to Linux and the open source community! Make it stable and reliable!

We come from an era of great artists who could do so much with so little to a period where we spend so much to marvel on the past. What becomes of our today’s artists ? do they go so cheap or is there any hope for them to ever be recognized ? Or is it that in 100 years, if there is still human on earth, they will be looking back at the iPhone and the Androids as historical breakthrough of the past???
Haven’t you tried the beta version of the freephone line? awesome look, much cleaner and stable when using multiple device connections.
I’ve created another blog at asndo-it.blogspot.com to document all by work at work. I’ve been forgetting many small tricks and codes I found and used in the past and although I very well know about the benefits of documentation, it’s always been a pain to find the time and make it neat.. The only reason I didn`t put it on amagob is because my home server isn’t ready to be holding that much of critical information.. :S.. I’ll get to that eventually..
The Amagob project started in 2006 when my envy of not just getting free stuff turned to making use and learning what free stuffs are and actually making something useful out of it. So for all the open source and free apps I’ve used, GPL and copyleft stuffs.. this is my payback..!!!
As an amateur, I’ve learnt HTML, MySQL, PHP and some javascripts. I’ve also downloaded quite a few of those script which were made useful in writing my programs.. I’ll be looking forward to put all these stuffs on the blog so other people you (Internet users) can benefit too..
Going with web based programming in 2006 was an evident choice over VB or C++ for 2 simple reasons,
1. Accessibility – We always want our programs to be available, inhouse or through the internet.
2. Lightweight – Well designed web pages can load rapidly, generally 80% of coding goes into how to make the pages look good and only 20% is actually communicating the purpose or running the apps. Now with AJAX, my pages are really more neat and much easy to use.
Unfortunately, it will take some time to put all that I have online, so please bare with me and keep posted..
